Ok so I have been trying to use my HP laptop now for several months but have had no luck logging into my Microsoft admin windows 10 account. I don’t have much money if any at all to buy third party password recovery soft ware and I have sent like 4 or 5 of those Microsoft account recovery forms and apparently the automated Microsoft security thingy has decided every single time that I don’t know enough of my own information in order for them to allow me to reset my password. This has been extremely exhaustingly frusterating to the point that I almost want to throw my laptop a cross the room. The form asks you to type in who you have most recently sent emails to and what the subject line was, well I never sent any one any emails because I only used my Microsoft account to purely log into my windows 10 account on my HP lap top. I no longer have access to the telephone number that was used to set up the account and I don’t know what else to do. Please please some one help me. I can’t even factory reset my laptop because a little box pops up asking for the admin password which I can’t remember for the life of me. I am only able to use my laptop if I sign into the guest account which doesn’t let me really do anything at all.
